May 29, 2018 Today is the fourth anniversary of Hazel's birth. A day to remember the short time that we were able to spend with her and to celebrate her life through Hazel's Heroes. This is the time when Gill, Hazel's mother, provides the opportunity for mothers who have lost their babies to gather together at a retreat to share their feelings and to talk freely about their children. The retreat was held on the closest weekend to Hazel's birthday and as you can see from the picture and Gill's comment it was a special experience for all involved. "We had some incredible volunteers/facilitators join us at our retreat this year. They deserve a massive shout out! So tonight, I’d like to give some Sunday lovin’ to Julia Perkins, the kindest and one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever met. We were so lucky to have the backdrop that we had for our gentle yoga practice, where all the mamas held their children right in their hearts through every breath and movement. It was absolutely perfect." Julia If you would like to know more about Hazel's Heroes and the help Hazel and her Mum provide for mothers who have suffered such terrible loss, go to the Facebook page:
